  Good breakfast! Sure, the coffee was diner-standard, and it would be nice if they had real maple syrup, but the food and service was great. The eggs were perfectly "over easy" (as ordered), the sausage was delicious, and the BEST part was the pancakes. I really appreciated the whipped butter that came with them, too.

  How do I explain this... I sit at my table, looking at a tablecloth that my grandmother might have bought when she was young. At 28, I'm the youngest person here by at least 30 years. The water I ordered has a film at the top of it. I can see a big box of wine in the back, above the sink to wash dishes. One display cooler is filled with cans of soda, while the other is filled with beers and, I think, juice.
  
  The woman at the table next to me orders a refill on her juice. Out comes a 2 gallon, unlabelled, jug of purple liquid. I guess that's juice. Every single person here is playing the lottery, and I'm looking at the giant lottery counter in the restaurant. Every table has lottery cards for you to play on.
  
  I ordered my food after being what I thought was ignored. Turns out, my waitress has poor hearing and eyesight. Go figure. The food took a while and was only decent when I got it. Nothing was bad but there wasn't anything amazing either. Although, the got the steak medium rare correctly. Just not much flavor. It cost more than it should have, too.
  
  Yet, I want to give this place 5 stars for the experience. You get to sit in a weird place, observe the people, and have good conversation with old people. It's really great. You get to think things like, "do I really want to drink that", or "do I want to use the bathroom here?" I loved it. By the way, I chose no for both of those questions. At least, on Thursday night, this is the experience. I don't expect it being much different any other night though.
  
  Really, this place is not good at all. But I give it three stars because of the life experience, minus the terrible actual dining experience. Honestly, I don't know what to do with this review. You decide for yourself.
